Notes:

  1. The registration fee will offer participants:
    1. Conference folder, access to all events and certificates.
    2. Lunch and dinner organized at the conference venue.
    3. Coffee/ Refreshments throughout the conference.
  2. The rates are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax. Original payment receipt shall be provided at the conference venue.
  3. Accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee.
  4. SAARC countries: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka


Accommodation

Limited number of accommodations (single occupancy) on the IIMA campus can be reserved on first come first serve basis on payment while registering for the conference. The following options are available for on campus accommodation:

  1. The on-campus single occupancy rooms are available at the rate of INR 3776.00 per person per night inclusive of GST. The room rate includes breakfast at IMDC dining hall.
  2. Single occupancy student dorm rooms with attached toilets at the rate of INR 500 per person per night. Students can have breakfast at the student’s dining hall on payment.
  3. Single occupancy student dorm rooms with common toilets at the rate of INR 300 per person per night. Students can have breakfast at the student’s dining hall on payment.

Students must submit a student ID or letter of supervisor, or any document stating that the student is currently enrolled at a college or university. The document must upload a scanned copy of their ID while registering and a copy of the same should be presented at the conference reception desk at the conference venue. Discounted student registration and access to student dormitories will be accepted only on production of valid student identification at the venue.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received and postmarked before Oct 31 2017 will receive a 70 percent refund to be transferred after the Conference.  Cancellations are not possible after Oct 31 2017. Please send cancellation requests to: iclae17@iima.ac.in

Non-liability Clause: The organisers are not liable for the consequences of any unpredictable event that might disrupt the conference schedule.
