The financial crisis of the 2008, was followed by period of growth that was buoyed by the fiscal stimulus, and now growth may be just beginning after many years of low growth. Capital investments have yet to revive. Infrastructure financing has proved to be particularly problematic to the bigger banks, but especially the public sector banks.
