The programme is aimed at providing the participants with a deep understanding of the supply chain and logistics management principles from a strategy, planning and operations perspective. The sessions would be specifically designed to prepare participants for advancement in supply chain management careers including procurement, supplier management, inventory management, coordination, and logistics (transport and warehousing).
 

Course Duration:  Spread over 6 to 8 months.
 

Mode of Delivery: Online classrooms at VCNow centres and campus modules at IIM Ahmedabad (Subject to government regulations)
 

Frequency: Once a week
 

Class Schedule: Every Sunday 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
 

Delivery: Through Classes at VCNow Virtual, using synchronous Learning Technology platform.
On-campus modules would be conducted subject to prevailing conditions and government advisories. There would not be any refund for not holding such modules.
 

Certification: IIM Ahmedabad shall issue a Certificate of Completion (CoC) to eligible participants subject to the fulfilment of evaluation and attendance criteria mentioned below:

Participants are assessed for all the courses. Participants will be given any one of the following grades: “Satisfactory Plus” (S+); “Satisfactory” (S); “Unsatisfactory” (U). A participant will be asked to leave the programme and the fees will then be forfeited in any of the following cases:

1. If a participant gets 2nd U for academic indiscipline wherein Academic Indiscipline includes cheating/ copying/ plagiarism in assignments and examinations and facilitating cheating in any way or is found having integrity issue during the programme.

2. If a participant gets 4th U for under-performance.

3. If a participant gets 1 U for academic indiscipline and 3Us for under-performance.

4. As per the norms of the programme, a participant requires at least 80% of attendance to become eligible to receive the certificate, failing which a participant won’t be awarded the certificate.
 

Selection:  Selections will be based on evaluation of individual profile & Statement of Purpose (SoP)

The pedagogy will be highly interactive. It will leverage the use of technology. It will consist of a judicious blend of lectures, real-life case studies, computer simulations, case presentations, quizzes and assignments.

Working executives who graduates (10+2+3 or equivalent) in any discipline with 50% marks, with an experience profile of at least two years in operations. Senior, middle or junior or mixed, or entrepreneurs etc. with programming language skills are preferred.
