Most of the sites are spacious and the vibe from other campers is tremendously friendly.No lifeguards! To our dismay, it is capped off, as are all the faucets around the campground. Apparently all that money from tickets is not enough to pay for some basic water safety. Our campsite was specifically selected for proximity to a water faucet. Been visiting Tower Hill since 1958, and it's still a thrill. The Dunes never get old. Maybe chill a bit with the fake police and focus on people drowning instead?
