After a month there was nothing, so I contacted Lulus and they told me the package was lost and suggested I shop somewhere else because they couldn't guarantee when a replacement package would arrive.

The item is currently in transit to the destination. I also never had a problem with shipping, unlike with other brands (boohoo, pretty little thing, etc.)

Biggest disappointment ever.
Arrived at USPS Regional Destination Facility Highly recommend this company. Arrived at USPS Regional Origin Facility Frequent discount codes are also great :) The return process was easy, and I will definitely order from them again. The tracking nbr is so suspicious as it went from PA to Atlanta 30345, within 15 mins it jumped to zip code 30306 and then the next day it went to zip code 30307 and stayed there for two days and the last time I checked it was at another Atlanta facility (no zip code this time ).
There's also a striped belted dress on Lulus' site that is $54, but only $14 on Shein. Sizes are consistent, quality is consistent.
Love Lulus. But, it came to my surprise to see some of the same clothing on Lulus on Shein's site - for WAY less. I do see that your order delivered to you on 7/17 and that we refunded you for your original expedited shipping fee. We shop Lulus first for every occasion! Paid over 200 dollars for my order.

See business transparency I can see that the package stayed at the Atlanta sorting facility for longer than it should have. I purchased some items that unfortunately did not work out ( one damaged item)!! who took WEEKS, I ordered express delivery & I got it every time. My friend in the same province ordered her dress 2 days AFTER me, but I was told again and again it is due to the pandemic and canada post.
They cheated me out of hundreds of dollars during the COVID crisis because I could not return my items within 30 days. I have been ordering for about 4 years. After repeated requests to be removed from their mailing lists I still receive daily emails from the company.

Lulus has a lot of nice clothing. They make it soooo easy to try on these beautiful clothes and find a great fit.
Arrived at Post Office I order twice to them and shipping was great. I am cancelling this order and will demand a REFUND and will NEVER PURCHASE from them again!
I have alot of great items from Lulu's that I love and that have great quality. All their customer service did was send me a tracking number, didn't even bother to check the tracking information themselves.
