The Japanese food at this restaurant is also delicious. I arrived at 10:26pm, and the staff told me (very rudely) the restaurant closed at 10:25pm (even though it was still full of people). They're in the Westfield mall on the 5th floor. The black garlic tonkotsu with medium chewy noodles.

However, the menu isn't as expansive as other Japanese restaurants with only a few choices for ramen. They both are excellent though we have not found a good bowl of ramen as we had in Japan. View dessert. Just the right softness/firmness for me.
