The kitchens are fully stocked with all pots/pans, dishes and cooking/eating utensils. You wouldn’t know you were near the beach with the exception that it was hot/humid. We even have rental housing for workers in the area or families looking to live at Big Oak full time. It was impossible. All in all a pretty good stay, dog friendly place. I slept in my car one night because I was in so much pain.

We had plenty of room never felt squished ( we have 18’ hybrid with pop outs on both ends) It appears to be a lot of people who are permanent at the campground. Yes it was close to the Beach but at what cost. We furnish a microwave, coffee pot and Direct TV. One of the sites has a string of flags celebrating their white nationalism.
