Shreya is a fourth-year Doctoral Scholar in the area of Innovation and Management in Education at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Educational background includes a Bachelors in Commerce from Sri Venkateswara College (University of Delhi) and Masters in International Business at Jamia Millia Islamia. Her interest in the the area of education finds roots in her role as a President of Social Service Society (now NSS) at University of Delhi, which included teaching children from lesser privileged and/or marginalized backgrounds.
Her research interest lies in critically analyzing issues of social relevance like educational equity and innovation, gender-intersectionality, mental health, LGBTQIA+, and bullying & harassment. She actively contributes to the discourse by writing for alternative media; some of her work includes:
