As a doctoral student in Organisational Behaviour, I intend to explore questions related to flourishing and thriving in the workplace and life. I am interested in exploring positive organisational processes, falling under the academic realm of Positive Organisational Scholarship.
Currently, I am working on exploring the role of compassion to address suffering in the workplace.
