Kashika Sud is a doctoral candidate in Organizational Behaviour at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, India. Her research focuses on Gender in entrepreneurship, Moral forms of leadership, Abusive leadership, and Women in leadership.
Prior to starting her Ph.D. journey, she completed her M.Phil. from the Tata Institute of Social Science (Mumbai) in Management and labour studies. She has 6 years of work experience in academia and is an alumna of Shri Ram College of Commerce and Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, both under the aegis of the University of Delhi.
