Platform/Gig economy, well-being and thriving at work, positive organizational psychology, diversity and inclusion in organizations, workplace bullying, mistreatment and abuse at workplace, work and identity, entrepreneurship, institutional theory, non-standard forms of employment and work and employment issues surrounding precarious work.

Recipient of IAWBH (International association of workplace bullying and harassment) scholarship, offered to total six doctoral students (only two students from emerging economies) for participation in IAWBH conference, Dubai, U.A.E. in April 2021.Industrial Finance Corporation of India (IFCI) Award for best thesis proposal (2019-20) at IIM Ahmedabad.
Awarded Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Psychology subject (Code-04) by University Grants Commission (UGC) in 2014 (awarded to the top 6% candidates clearing all India level National Eligibility Test (NET) in Psychology).
