IIM A in association with VCNow announces the launch of fresh batch for Senior Management Programme (SMP 2) across 30 cities in India.
The IIMA’s Senior Management Programme equips bright individuals with General Management perspectives and thinking skills. It delivers a high value through a blend of intensive and immersive on Campus learning and immersive HD VC Virtual Classroom interactions. The Programme covers functional areas of management, its source, disciplines and builds on the experience of the participants, helping them understand the underlying concepts, paradigms and theories of Management. The Programme builds on the experience and co-creation of knowledge for participants who could not find time due to their personal and career commitments and helps them understand how management functions can contribute to effective leadership, decision making skills, strategy and organization of the business.
Programme Design & Duration:
Duration: 12 Months
Frequency: Once a week
Class Schedule: 10.30 am to 1.30 PM on Saturdays
Delivery: Through Live classes held at VCNow virtual classroom studios across the country. In addition, the in-campus module with four days each will be held thrice, once at the beginning, in the mid and at the end of the programme. It is mandatory for all the participants to attend it.
Evaluation by: IIM Ahmedabad
Evaluation Mode: Evaluation may include one or more of the following:
Online Assessment/Case Study Discussions/Quiz/Assignments/Offline Assessment (Paper-pencil test)/Class Participation. The final decision on evaluation methods rests with the course faculty and may change without prior intimation.

The case study methodology of IIMA makes it an enriching experience for the participants as they ‘learn-unlearn-relearn’. The pedagogy consists of judicious blend of lectures, discussion and real life cases delivered in a highly interactive teaching methodology that will build on the multi-disciplinary and multi-domain experience of participants.
