MM Monippally

His teaching interests are in managerial communication skills and strategies. He designs and conducts training workshops in different aspects of oral and written communication for middle, senior, and top managers. His research interests are in persuasion, bad news delivery, and leader communication. His books for managers include ‘The Persuasive Manager’ (Random House, New Delhi). ‘Business Communication: Principles to Practice,’ ‘Business Communication Strategies,’ and ‘The Craft of Business Letter Writing’ (all three published by McGraw Hill, New Delhi).  His co-authored book, ‘Academic Writing’ (Sage, New Delhi) is a guide for management students and researchers.​
