Rajeev Sharma

Research interests in social psychology of education, innovations in educational institutions particularly schools and colleges, strategies for enhancing academic motivation through classroom interaction. Teaching interests include ‘Enterprise and innovations in Education, ‘Communication and interpersonal behaviour in organizations and use of innovative pedagogy in management teaching and learning.  Has been a 'Visiting Scholar' at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Developed and participated in management development programmes for principals of schools, colleges and other institutions of higher education in India and Commonwealth countries. Coordinated and participated in consulting assignments sponsored by Swedish International Development Organization (SIDA), Department for International Development (DFID), and National Literacy Mission and Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
